WHY THE ONE BREATH METHOD?

When you were younger, you could never imagine what being over 50 would be like.  And now that it’s happened, you feel stressed, low energy, aches and pains, brain fog, unmotivated, and just plain old!

Sleep is a challenge, you struggle with remembering things, and your body is sagging in places you never thought could sag!

How do I know this?  When I turned 50 I struggled with all of this myself.  And I didn't like it one bit!  So I did something about it.  I dove deep into qigong, meditation practices, and emotional release techniques.  It wasn’t any one of these techniques, rather a combination, that helped me overcome the effects of aging and feeling old.

I know you want to feel vibrant, younger and connected to your true sacred self.  But it’s hard. You probably have some good days- but you want more consistency.  You want to wake up and know that you know that you know it’s gonna be a good day!
